Sarah Greenland is a yoga teacher living in Callala Bay and would love to offer our community an opportunity to practice yoga and discover how to move in a way that feels great for the body, mind and soul.
Since 2016, Sarah has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and is passionate about sharing the endless benefits of yoga with her students.
A bit from Sarah – Yoga, health, and wellbeing for every individual, are my passions in life and I am here to support and empower you to explore your yoga practice in a way that feels good for you and brings more health and vitality to your life. Through connection of the body and the breath, my intention is for you to find greater balance not only on your mat but within yourself as well.
I invite you to discover more about all aspects of yoga as a way to feel more balanced and connected. Whether you’ve done loads of yoga before or are ready to step on a mat for the first time, my belief is that yoga truly is for everyone.
